TBH you get basically ANY legendary weapon that is even B tier and you will absolutely dominate with it off mayhem levels because everything is balanced around M10/11 and can only scale down so far. It basically turns BL3 into BL2, world drops are basically gone, anointments don't spawn anymore, there's some scaling changes (largely to balance the loss of the damage you'd get from anointments) and some of the really good guns (Monarch, Hellwalker and stuff) are now pearls.
